The O’Donnell Park consists of a parking garage, public plaza areas and a pavilion. The park is located in Milwaukee, WI at the edge of Michigan Lake. During the construction of the project, several post-tensioned concrete beams, slabs and columns cracked extensively. FKC performed an independent review and evaluation of the original structural design of the parking structure, and developed engineering reports with findings and conclusions.
