Eight reinforced concrete parking structures suffered extensive deterioration in the form of cracking and spalling of the reinforced concrete waffle slabs. FKC investigated the causes for the concrete damage. FKC performed a condition survey and testing to determine the causes and extent of the concrete damage, and prepared a report with findings, conclusions and recommendations. Additionally, FKC provided litigation support services, with respect to allocation of responsibilites.
