FKC conducted structural investigation of this two level reinforced concrete parking structure and prepared a report with conclusions and repair recommendations for the heavily deteriorated parking deck slabs. Condition survey and testing were performed during the course of this investigation. Impact-Echo testing was performed to detect delaminated concrete areas. Contract documents were prepared for the selected repair method. FKC provided construction administration services.
