FKC prepared the Contract Drawings and Project Specifications for the complete removal of the existing 12, 000 sf built-up roofing system of the gymnasium roof and installation of a new 4 ply modified bitumen roofing system. A new stainless steel coping and fascia panel system was installed to ensure a watertight condition and an appealing architectural finish at the perimeter. An additional 5,000 s.f. of roofing was replaced with a 4-ply built-up membrane in an IRMA configuration.
