This parking structure consists of precast, prestressed concrete girders and slabs. The girder flanges which support double-tee slabs broke off at several areas, leaving a number of the quad tees without support. FKC investigated the causes for the failure and designed repair details. The repair method utilized steel support brackets to re-support the slabs. New expansion joints for the structure were designed as well.
